Step-by-Step Connection
1. Install a Wallet
If you don't have a wallet, we recommend Rabby or MetaMask.
2. Navigate to Rubicon
Go to the Rubicon trading interface.
3. Click "Connect Wallet"
You'll see the connect button in the top-right corner of the interface.
4. Select Your Wallet
Choose your wallet from the list. A popup will appear asking you to approve the connection.
5. Approve the Connection
Your wallet will ask you to:
Connect to the site
Sign a message to verify ownership
This signature doesn't cost gas and doesn't grant any spending permissions.
6. You're Connected
Once connected, you'll see your wallet address in the header. You're ready to fund your account and trade.
Network Details
Rubicon operates on Hyperliquid L1. Your wallet will automatically be configured for the correct network when you connect.

Troubleshooting
"Network not supported"
Make sure you're using a recent version of your wallet. Hyperliquid network should be added automatically.
Connection keeps dropping
Try refreshing the page or disconnecting and reconnecting your wallet.
Transaction signing fails
Ensure you have a small amount of HYPE for gas fees. Most operations on Hyperliquid are gasless, but some require minimal gas.
Security Tips
Never share your seed phrase — No one from Rubicon will ever ask for it
Verify the URL — Always check you're on the correct domain
Use a hardware wallet — For large positions, consider Ledger or Trezor via MetaMask
Revoke unused permissions — Periodically review connected sites in your wallet
